I had been involved in the development of Myanmar Tourism for many years. I had been Secretary of the Union of Myanmar Travel Association, Visiting Lecturer at the National Management College under the Yangon University for Post-graduate Diploma in Tourism Studies and Management, External Examiner at Tourism Training School under the Ministry of Hotels & Tourism until 2009.
I had also represented the country and participated at many regional forums and workshops in the Asean and GMS regions on human resources development for tourism professionals in Myanmar and eradication of sexual exploitation of women and children in the tourism industry in the GMS region.
I had published and edited Myanmar’s only English language travel magazine “Enchanting Myanmar” until 2009.
I am now residing in Australia.
